Who are eligible to trade sukuk and bonds?

Any investor in the Saudi market who has an active portfolio with Derayah Financial and has sufficient knowledge of the nature and risks of investing in these instruments can invest in the fixed income instruments market.

How can I trade in fixed income instruments?

Once the investment amount is available, Derayah’s client can trade in the Saudi listed bonds/sukuk through Derayah platform, Smart device applications, or by contacting brokerage department. For unlisted bonds/sukuk trading (OTC), the client should activate the OTC trading service by contacting his relationship manager.

What is the commission for trading in Fixed Income instruments?

It is 8.5 basis points (0.00085), with a minimum of 100 Saudi Riyals for Saudi listed bonds /sukuk. And it is according to the invested amount, with a minimum of 1000 US dollars for Regional & GCC Unlisted bonds / sukuk

What does custodian mean and what is the custody commission?

A custodian is responsible for keeping as well as safeguarding the investments and securities on behalf of the owners. The custody commission is 6 basis points (0.0006) annually deducted on monthly basis for both listed & unlisted bonds /sukuk.

How can I know the value of my fixed income instruments ?

You can view the invested assets and its value through Derayah platform or contact the brokerage department.

How can I find out the prices of the listed bonds/Sukuk in the Saudi market?

The Derayah platform offer subscriptions to a real time prices service for all instruments in the Saudi market.

How can I receive the coupon payment amount of the invested bonds / sukuk?

The coupon payment amount will be deposited directly into the investment portfolio in the distribution date.

What happens when the bond/sukuk matured ?

The invested nominal amount and the last coupon payment will deposit in the client’s portfolio.
