Khaled Fageha is the Chief Human Capital Officer at Derayah in charge of all human resources functions. Khaled has a successful track records of developing capabilities and drive performance. In additional to build a solid HR operating model and innovatively managing talents. He has an extensive experience in building talented and high performance organization in parallel with maintaining an inspiring culture & great place to work for. Khaled has diversified 14 years’ of experience between local & international firms. He joined Derayah from AbbVie Biopharmaceuticals where he worked for 7 years. Before that he worked for the banking industry in Samba Financial Group & National Commercial Bank. He serves also at a consultancy engineering company called AECOM. Khaled is holding a Bachelor degree in financial management from King Saud University as well as Master degree in human resources from University of Business & Technology.
