Derayah Financial announces an update of the terms and conditions of Derayah Nomu Market Fund as of (12/07/1447 H) corresponding to (01/01/2026 G). A summary of the main updated items are as follows:
- Appoint Albilad Investment Company as the fund operator.
- Add the fund operator fee of SAR 90,000.00 per year, in addition to SAR 9,375.00 per year for the issuance of financial statements, with adjustments to the fee and expenses data and illustrative examples.
- Amend dealing and valuation days to be every business day, excluding official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Add the possibility for the fund manager to lend assets up to 30% of their net value.
- Update the fund manager’s financial information.
- Update the list of the fund’s board members related to all other funds.
تعلن شركة دراية المالية عن صدور موافقة مجلس إدارة الصندوق على تغيير غير أساسي في صندوق دراية لأسهم سوق نمو وسيكون سريان التغيير بتاريخ 12/07/1447هـ الموافق 01/01/2026م.
وتفاصيل التغييرات الغير أساسية هي:
- تعيين شركة البلاد للاستثمار مشغل للصندوق.
- إضافة رسوم مشغّل الصندوق البالغة 90,000.00 ريال سعودي سنويًا بالإضافة إلى 9,375 ريال سعودي سنويًا رسوم إصدار القوائم المالية، مع تعديل بيانات الرسوم والمصاريف والأمثلة التوضيحية.
- تعديل أيام التعامل والتقييم لتصبح كل يوم عمل باستثناء أيام العطل الرسمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إضافة إمكانية قيام مدير الصندوق بإقراض الأصول حتى 30% من صافي قيمتها.
- تحديث البيانات المالية لمدير الصندوق.
- تحديث قائمة أعضاء مجلس إدارة الصندوق ذي العلاقة بجميع الصناديق الأخرى.
