Derayah Financial announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Derayah Opportunistic Saudi Equity Fund such change will become effective on (12/07/1447 H) corresponding to (01/01/2026 G)
The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:
- Appoint Albilad Investment Company as the fund operator.
- Add the fund operator fee of SAR 90,000.00 per year, in addition to SAR 9,375.00 per year for the issuance of financial statements, with adjustments to the fee and expenses data and illustrative examples.
- Amend dealing and valuation days to be every business day, excluding official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Add the possibility for the fund to obtain Shariah-compliant financing of up to 15% of its net assets to enhance and grow its assets, or up to 30% to meet redemption requests instead of 10%. In addition, the fund manager may lend assets up to 30% of their net value.
- Update the fund manager’s financial information.
- Update the list of the fund’s board members related to all other funds.
