Open-ended public equity fund aims to grow capital in the long term by primarily investing in public equities, including IPO stocks in the Saudi main stock market (Tadawul) and the parallel market (Nomu), as well as global markets. All of the fund’s investments must be compatible with the Sharia standards approved by the Fund’s Sharia Committee. The Fund will not distribute dividends to its unit holders, but all profits will be reinvested by the Fund.

Derayah Financial announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Derayah Opportunistic Saudi Equity Fund such change will become effective on (28/07/1446 H.), corresponding to (28/01/2025 G.)” The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: - Add the ability for the fund manager to invest in securities issued by the fund manager themselves, along with clarification regarding conflicts of interest. - Update the financial data of the fund manager. - Update the list of funds for the fund's board members, covering all other funds, and update the information of board members where applicable.
