Hossam serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Derayah Financial. He leads the Business Operations, Customer Services, Quality Management, and Special Projects teams. Hossam oversees daily brokerage and investment operations, developing and executing strategies to optimize trading processes, asset management activities, and client services, ensuring the organization meets its operational and financial objectives.

In his role, Hossam collaborates with the executive team to enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. He champions Customer Service Excellence initiatives, establishing high standards of service and ensuring timely and effective responses to client inquiries and issues.

Additionally, Hossam plays a key role in Client Experience Management by implementing initiatives that enhance the overall client journey, including onboarding processes, account management, and feedback mechanisms. He also leads and manages special projects that align with the firm’s strategic goals, such as new service offerings and market expansions.

With 20 years of executive experience in multinational companies, Hossam possesses solid knowledge of international markets. He has a proven track record of leadership and turnaround initiatives at the enterprise level, resulting in significant revenue growth, cost improvements, and advancements in organizational development and leadership strategy.

Hossam holds a BSc in Computer and Automatic Control from Ain Shams University and a master’s degree in business administration from the American University in Cairo.
