Rakan AlSharekh serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Derayah Financial, where he leads the company’s human capital strategy and oversees the development of its HR function to support sustainable growth and the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.

With nearly 19 years of experience in human resources, Rakan has held senior leadership roles at several leading organizations, including Al Rajhi Capital, National Security Services (SAFE), Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG), and Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB). His expertise spans human capital management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, organizational transformation, corporate culture, and employee engagement.

Mr. AlSharekh is a GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) since 2015 accredited by WorldatWork© Total Rewards Association.

Rakan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
