Derayah Financial announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Derayah Money Market Fund – in Saudi Riyals such change will become effective on (09/09/1447 H) corresponding to (26/02/2026 G) The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:
- Appoint Shariyah Review Bureau as the fund’s Shariah Advisor.
- Amendment of the Shariah Supervisory Committee fees from SAR 14,000 per annum to SAR 13,000 per annum, along with corresponding updates to the fee and expenses data and related illustrative examples.
- Add the possibility for the fund to obtain Shariah-compliant financing of up to 15% of its net assets to enhance and grow its assets, or up to 30% to meet redemption requests.
- Update the fund manager’s financial information.
- Update the list of the fund’s board members related to all other funds.
